Varsity Letter winner at Plano West. Ran the 4x400, 400, & 100 on as Senior in HS at Plano West, with primary focus on training for football., with an injury preventing competition in Junior year.

COVID shut down the gym & led to my departure, but not before going through EQU (Equinox University), and becoming proficient in FMS (Functional Movement System), a system for discovering & fixing movement dysfunctions, which often lead to injuries in training.
